We have exciting news to share with you, as well as sad news. Our much-loved brother in Christ, Wesley Mendes, married his beloved Crystal on August 8th. All of us here at Sonsofthesea extend every blessing to Wesley and Crystal as they walk together as one into their new “covenant adventure” as husband and wife, to which God has called them. “That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.” –Genesis 2:24

Sadly, shortly after this most joyous occasion, Wesley’s beloved mom, Gail, went on to glory this past Wednesday. You’ll find a GoFundMe link on our Facebook homepage should you feel led to bless our brother and his family with covering funeral and burial costs. Please, Sonsofthesea family, keep our beloved brother and his family in your prayers as the Lord walks them through this valley and into all He has for them on the other side…
